Modern, smart and comfortable hotel, in good location. Room was spacious and spotless, ample parking. Nice friendly welcome at reception. Excellent breakfast buffet but at extra cost - not like the good old days in Germany where breakfast was almost always “inklusiv”..!!

Room : comfortable but the room on mean street is noisy because the cars, bus , kids etc.. Other room was calm. so it depends. Breakfast : was ok. Clean. Yes it was clean. Sraff at the reception were very good and very helpful and available.

Friendly and very helpful personnel. Generous breakfast . Bed was super comfortable, soft pillow and excellent quality bedlinen. Easy access to public transport.

Very nice staff, free use of the sauna for 1 day of your stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff super helpful. For example they gave us the pro's and cons of the Hamburg Pass.

Breakfast was perfect variety of food and drinks (tomato juice was my favorite). Place was little to hard to find first time very discrete. Pool and sauna was clean and it was only for us.

I like that everything looks fancy, but vintage, like from the 80s. They even have a bowling area, which was close, but still cool. They also had a party while we were there, but zero noises. The swimming pool... exquisite.

The hotel is nice, in a nice location although a bit far from the centre. The surroundings of the hotel are peaceful. The room is a bit smaller, but for only one night it was all one needed.
